We came over through these huge unhealthy holidays because we indeed ate those fatty foods that we dont usually eating in daily living, like one whole grilled pig or all so known as lechon, big ham on our way,whole chicken that rounded of skin on it and stuff, yeah those holidays viand can make our body unhealthy because we abuse our selves in the way that we dont control it by eating those foods that we prepared off just to celebrate the holidays season, on the other hand those foods are quite ok though, because in that way we can celebrate with fun and having a great abundant to blessing as the new year’s coming over once again, however we must detoxify our selves to that much toxic that we allowed to get through on our body system.no worries ill listed out which foods,fruits,veggies can help us out to detoxify our body then..
Yeah, i suggested you this green tea after those bunch of foods that you eaten with because green tea has this antioxidant who can help and clean our whole body in any form of toxic that we can took off with, and based on studies green tea is one of the best dietary natural supplement that we can take without experiencing any side effect on it, sounded good hasn’t it? because while you are cleaning your body you might get lost as well some body weights..

and other way on how i can detoxify my body was eating this sweet papaya because papaya fruits has this high fiber which can help us to burn and release those unwanted fats to our body , try this ive been tested this out for long time and yeah its pretty worked on my end and people says the same thing as im eating this papaya.

And also try to eat something green, like this green salad that is made off different high end fiber veggies,such as green bell paper,tomatoes,carrots,celery, fresh veggies leaves,onion,mango and a lot more, because having this after an unhealthy foods can be a big helpful on your end to balance out everything inside our body.. i am believing on that..

and to finish this off, water is the best way to flash out those dirt because it clean not just out belly but all so our whole body though, thats why if i were you, might adept you self drinking not just 8 glasses of water a day but instead 10-15 glasses as long as you can, me personally i think i can drink 20 glasses of water a 20 and more a day because i was too indeed a water person, ok thats it for now and thanks a lot..
